I found the staff helpful. They accommodated my requests! the room offered ample space and presented itself clean. breakfast had a good selection. The chef looked friendly and accommodating.
The communal corridors showed wear, with the carpet worn and parting in doorways. It seemed dangerous. i spotted toothpaste on the basin in our room. shower tiles exhibited mould in the grout. the spa remained shut, and no pool times became available .

the bar was quite crowded, and it took ages to get served. also, the jacuzzi wasn't working and no one seemed to care. i mean, really? a broken jacuzzi.

the location suited my plans. the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were available. the manager and head housekeeper addressed the issues i had with the room well.
The view overlooked the car park. i asked to move rooms, but the hotel refused unless i paid more. the pool area was subject to closure, and the jacuzzi was closed too.

Deborah and her team provided excellent service . I had a clean room overlooking the racecourse with great amenities. The comfortable bed allowed me to fall asleep quickly. Check-in and check-out were professional, and the breakfast was great.
I noticed the rooms seemed somewhat dated.

Breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options including hot and cold selections, also fresh fruit and pastries. The bar staff were lovely and the bar overlooked the racecourse, a very relaxing experience. I really enjoyed the Greek chicken wrap.

The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was very smooth; Deborah and her team were attentive and efficient. Customer service was great, addressing all requests promptly; I would definitely recommend it

I appreciated the very team was good and polite. the food was good. the setting in the countryside allowed relaxation. Our room looked over the golf course, and we could see horse racing tracks in the distance. the room was very clean. i am so grateful for this stay.
the room was fairly clean inside. the window glass and shelf outside had many cobwebs and dead flies. i also noticed rodent droppings there.

the hotel features a super swimming pool, accessible without time restrictions for children. complimentary parking is available for guests. there is also a good outdoor seating area to take advantage of.

the well-run restaurant served the best food i have had in a hotel for years!!! the bar offered a good selection of food and drinks. breakfast had a good choice of cereals, fruit, and cheese.
